Con-way Truckload to Utilize Maptuit NaviGo Technology

Con-way Inc., one of the largest for-hire trucking carriers in North America, announced recently that it will install Maptuit  NaviGo technology on all of its trucks and tractors equipped with Qualcomm Inc. computers. A recent report in Transport Topics states that nearly two dozen of Con-way’s trucks have already been upgraded and that its entire fleet will receive the new equipment within eight months.

By providing truck drivers with state-of-the-art technology that assists them with real-time, turn-by-turn directions, our highways become safer for all travelers. We applaud Con-way’s efforts to increase safety on our highways, and believe that arming them with a tool like Maptuit NaviGo and the latest Onboard Computer technology will help avoid unnecessary truck accidents in the future.

Currently, Leizerman & Associates is in litigation with Con-way concerning a collision for which their driver has admitted negligence.
