Truck Accident Causes Chemical Spill in Georgia

A truck hauling formaldehyde in a double trailer overturned on Interstate 75 in Dalton, Georgia, spilling chemicals across the freeway and spurring a series of chain-effect accidents in its wake. According to OnlineAthens.com, southbound I-75 was closed after the FedEx truck flipped. Two other wrecks occurred in backed-up traffic following the accident. One motorist was treated for minor injuries.
