According to the North Platte Bulletin, a man was killed near Cozad, Nebraska, on Friday, Feb. 10, when the SUV in which he was riding was struck by a semi-truck on Interstate 80. Nebraska State Patrol report the SUV stopped in the traffic lane for an “unknown medical event” and the driver of the semi wasn’t able to avoid collision. Two other people riding in the SUV were taken to a nearby for medical center and treated for serious injuries.
